Our goal is to provide you with a hunting experience which will be recounted 'round the camp fire for years to come. When you book a hunt with us, we will plan a hunt specifically for your group, based on each person's experience and hunting preferences.
   Our whitetail hunting philosophy is based on Quality Deer Management practices. The harvesting of bucks is limited to mature, trophy class bucks. Based on pre-season herd counts, we will set a limit on the number of does we wish to harvest, and until that limit is reached, does are hunters option. We have a healthy Wild Turkey population, and have had some fabulous archery hunts the last couple of years. It's no secret that an archery turkey kill is a significant achievement, one which would thrill us to see you attain, if you haven't already.
    We are now able to provide on site lodging for an additional $50 per person in what could best be described as "rustic comfort". There are many hotels in the area, and we will gladly assist you with making reservations if you so desire. Meals are included with lodging, and we do provide lunch to all hunters.
    For all firearm deer and turkey seasons, hunters must apply to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), and receive Williamson County permits. You can now apply  on line for Spring Turkey permits: https://www.link2gov.com/il/turkey/ . Archery permits are available locally over the counter, but, licenses, permits, and stamps have been known to sell out in the local area during the hunting season, so it is advisable to purchase them before arriving.     Our Hunting Report will be updated as conditions change to give you information on weather, migration, and goose numbers in Southern Illinois.

A payment of 50% is due when we confirm your hunt. The remaining balance is due before or upon your arrival. 2 week notice is required for cancellations and full refund. No refunds will be made with less than 2 weeks notice.
